Solutions / Palletizing

Different SKUs, different pallets, no operator.

Palletizing and depalletizing cells handling mixed SKUs, interleaving and pallet patterns managed by dedicated software.

The starting point

Stacking is easy. Twenty SKUs are not.

Palletizing one product on one pallet pattern is something anyone can solve. The problem starts when there are many SKUs, the patterns change, interleaving sheets are needed and the line can't stop at a changeover.

It is also one of the heaviest jobs in the plant, and one of those generating the most injuries and the most turnover.

Step by step

From the SKU list to the finished pallet

SKU mapping

We collect every format and every pallet pattern: that data decides the gripper and the software.

Multi-format gripper

One gripper that handles the whole range, instead of a tool change at every SKU.

Configuration software

Pallet patterns are set up and recalled without reprogramming the robot.

Interleaving and run time

Sheet handling and buffer sizing for the unattended time you need.
